Weekly rates (excluding linen hire)

Low Season: October - March
Mid Season: April - June, September and half-term weeks
High Season: July and August, Christmas and Easter

A heating supplement may be payable during the winter months

We provide linen (if required) for up to 12 people at a rate of £15 per person

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total hire to be paid at the time of booking. The full amount is due 2 months before your holiday starts. In addition we ask for a refundable deposit of £400 against damage.

Changeover day: usually Saturday.
